Job summary

Position Overview: A Health Insurance Consultant provides expert guidance to individuals and businesses in selecting the most suitable health insurance plans. They help clients understand policy options, benefits, exclusions, and the claim process, ensuring they make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate health insurance plans.
• Explain policy terms, coverage, and exclusions to clients.
• Assist with the enrollment process and required documentation.
• Guide clients through the cashless treatment process and claim settlement.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and insurance product offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers and hospitals.
• Provide post-sale support, resolving customer inquiries and concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of health insurance policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical skills to assess client requirements and policy suitability.
• Ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
